GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping for our giclées is included in the price of each item.
Shipping for original paintings is calculated and included in the quote based on the
destination country.
PACKAGING – PRINTS
All our Giclée are sent rolled in professional mailing tubes.
Each shipment has included the final invoice.
PACKAGING – ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS:
All packaging for original artworks is professionally packaged.
Packaging materials: vinyl film, pressed cardboard of various sizes, and wooden
crates depending on whether the painting is framed or unframed and the destination
country.
Each shipment includes a final invoice.
TRANSIT TIME
Europe: 5-10 days for all products
Other countries: 7-15 days for giclée prints, approximately 15-25 days for original
paintings.
Each shipment is shipped with a final invoice and the necessary authentication and
export authorizations from the local office of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and
Activities. It takes several days to prepare all the necessary documentation to ship a
painting to a non-European country.
“Art Gallery in Tuscany” is not responsible for any additional warehousing or
customs fees due to delays or refusal to collect artworks.
TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, andArt Gallery in Tuscany encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
All taxes, charges and duties arising as a result of clearing customs are the purchasers responsibility.
INSURANCE
Packages are covered by basic insurance included, as specified by the courier.
To benefit from comprehensive insurance against loss and damage, up to the value
indicated on the invoice, the customer is required to pay an amount equal to 2.5% of
the value of the invoice at the time of shipment.
