All personal information collected as a result of your visit to this site, your contacting us or purchasing some artwork, is stored off line and accessible only for the Art Gallery. Your privacy is important and your details will not be passed on to third individuals or companies, except exclusively the necessary information to make the delivery.
PURCHASING ON INTERNET/ E-MAIL
We ship worldwide by express mail, the companies we use provide our clients with a professional service. The shipping price service includes packaging, documentation and insurance. The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of original artwork and are depending on the destination. If you are interested we will send you a quotation with complete details artwork plus expenses delivery door to door. All taxes, charges and duties arising as a result of clearing customs are the purchasers responsibility. In the U.S.A. original artwork from a living artist have no custom duty tax with documentation. The art works will be delivered once the payment is completed. In this case we are only able to accept payments via bank transfer to our bank account.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ART WORKS RESERVATION:
Once clients confirm the will to purchase, we reserve the art work and send our bank details to proceed with the bank transfer with a complete pro forma invoice. From this moment, clients have four working days to complete the transaction and send us back the payment copy. After we will send the final invoice which will accompany the shipment.
Each shipment has included the final invoice and for every original art work also the authentic certifications and exportation permission released for shipping by the Local Office of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage for those extra European recipient.
TIME OF DELIVERY
If not specified in the confirmation order, unless otherwise agreed, our deliveries will be processed within the first week of the following month after the purchase of the art work.
The Gallery is not responsible for any stock or custom extra charges due to delayed or refused withdraws of art works.
Original artwork is 1% of the cost of the painting. PACKING
All our Giclée are sent rolled in professional tubes for mailing. All the packing of the original art work are controlled by the artist and packaged professionally. In the last 10 years we haven’t had any damages as our system of packaging is strong and secure and light weight keeping shipping expenses much lower. Wood crates are much heavier and must be opened and controlled by customs. Our packing permits them to see fairly well through it so it’s not necessary to open it at the border. (Packing materials: vinyl wrap, 3/4 inches of polycarbonate plastic sheet and polyethylene foam strips within each side.)
